These Terms govern your access to and use of Aegus, a market-research and data-analysis platform operated by Aegus, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company ("Aegus," "we," "us"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
Aegus is a subscription software platform that scans publicly available market data and presents technical chart patterns, screens, gradings, and historical statistics for informational and educational purposes. All output is research material for you to evaluate. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
Aegus is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing on the platform constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Grades, scores, win rates, and pattern classifications are historical, statistical measurements — a description of past data, never a prediction or guarantee of any outcome. Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including loss of principal. You should consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@theaegus.com of any unauthorized use.
Aegus is sold as a monthly recurring subscription. A discounted first month ($5) may be offered to new subscribers; the subscription then renews at the standard monthly rate ($25/month) unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as merchant of record. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Prices are shown at theaegus.com/pricing and may change with notice for future billing periods.

The Aegus platform, its screens, methodology, gradings, branding, and content are owned by Aegus, LLC. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to access the platform for your own research while your subscription is active.
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors from upstream sources. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or analysis is accurate or complete. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegus, LLC will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Aegus. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for conduct that creates risk or legal exposure. On termination, your right to access the platform ends.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date, and where appropriate we will notify subscribers by email.
